pericardium 6 ( neiguan) is one the the best set up/ lighting points on the body as it is the connection point of the pericardium merdian & tripple burner merdian.
As a total bonus & a generally great all round bit of design work ;D its also the confluence point for the 8 extraordinary vessels.
So if you can get it with a soft block especailly it will hurt + your 'partner' is then glowing like a xmas tree.
If you want to be particularly nasty & prefer a more up close & personal approach then move the block up to the bottom of your partners bicep & you will get pericardium 2 (tian quan) & this will split the bicep.
If you check out Russ's Waveform 1/2 vid he runs through the soft block in detail along with a couple of different situations

<lots of quotes> A slightly strange conversation but needless to say, I enjoyed it immensely. 'ere someone's getting cocky with the quote function!

Click Here Yeah I know a website - Karate Resource ;D Mike is doing a soft black to me in this one. All the hooks are being dealt with by soft blocks, but most of them we are closing the opponent right down so it's hard to see. This should give you an idea though. Ta for the link, Angela! It was what I was thinking of - but sometimes it's hard to understand what has been written unless you can see what a person is talking about (if that made sense... ) Oh well, thanks anyway!

Yes same here, I knew the block but didn't know it was called that. This is a bit off topic but... If you check out Russ's Waveform 1/2 vid he runs through the soft block in detail along with a couple of different situations I was feeling quite interested in buying a video or 2 but looking on the website the cost seems to be about £70, but its in Cyprus pounds not GBP. How much are these videos in pound sterling? By the way, what's your favourite technique? (seamless).

I bought Pressure Point KOs Made Easy (Vols 1 &2) ages ago. Unfortunately I still haven't had time to watch them, but when I do get around to it I will let people know what I think.

I agree with padwan about the elbow - it's one of my favourite moves, along with backfist.
