A friend of mine bought me an Easter egg but she also bought me some resistance bands to go with it as a joke prezzie.
Well, seen as I have them, I may as well use them. Has anyone ever used them before and do you have any good training tips or exercises to do with them? I've used them a little before (we have them attached to one wall in the dojo and use them for punching and footwork exercises) but I'm trying to think of some more creative ways.
There was an exercise sheet with the bands but it reads like it was translated from Chinese into English by an Italian speaking Spaniard... I'm sure that you know the sort of instructions I mean... (usually that type come with flat-packed furniture).
For those who have no clue what I'm talking about, restistance bands are big stretchy rubber bands that you do exercises with to try and build up muscle by increased resistance when moving.
