Andy, Random is from Yorkshire, which is (just) part of the UK If I went to the doctor for every niggling pain I pick up I would have been struck off years ago. Don't worry though, I am sensible enough to know when advice from a forum isn't enough, and go and book my appointment. As it is, my shoulder is already a LOT better, whether it was the TENS or just natural healing I'm not sure, but it has saved my taking up a time slot in my already over subscribed GP surgery. I've said this before elsewhere, but it's worth saying again. A lot of those little niggly injuries that you think have gone away can come back to haunt you many years later, as I know to my cost (both elbows, both shoulders a knee a hip and spine). Something I, in my non-medical advisory capacity, would reccomend is Omega3 and Glucosamine Sulphate. Lube up those joints and keep em lubed while you are in the most active phase of your life You can thank me in 20 years time, just address all cards to; Bed 7 Glasgow Hospital for the self abused cripple. I'm allergic to Glucosamine Sulphate

Martial artists of course! LOL, well in me travels as it were... Yorkshire is apparently the 'swinging' centre for the UK. It's certainly got a high concentration of musicians and other creative people. MAwise, I've met Pat O Malley and Mike Flanagan in the area, who are both good guys. You also have some beautiful countryside too. Kind of a Blackpool version of Scotland.

Kind of a Blackpool version of Scotland. Humph! No offence intended. I love Yorkshire, but for me, it's beauty is kind of consistent. I could never tire of driving from Glasgow to Inverness, as it's beautiful all year round, and each time you do the drive, it's different. If you need added incentive, there's a coach tour you can do called 'The Whisky Trail', which takes you up there via various Whisky distillieries, in which you can sample the product. Makes the view even better. You get dumped off back in glasgow, somewhat the worse for wear.

Hmmm I've heard good things about these. Might well be worth a try, could also be effective on my recurring lower back problems. Ooh, yes! Brilliant! worked a treat for me.
