I try and stay away from anyone with a camera or camcorder, even if it is off and in a bag (well, you never know... ) but yes, one day it may be me on a post like the one above. Please don't laugh too hard if it is!! ;D

Worst accident I've ever had was doing some breakfalls in a grading. Somehow managed to do a rolling breakfall at the same time as another guy going in the opposite direction. As we rolled out and stood up we clashed heads which resulted in concussion for him (he collapsed later on) and an inch long gash in my left eyebrow that gushed blood everywhere. I sat for 5 hours in casualty, without being seen, before going home with just the plaster strips the club first aider had put on earlier. Barely left a scar. What about you guys?

Hmmm, worst for me was rupturing an Achilles tendon during a warmup. Two months on crutches, and nine months subsequent physiotherapy. Don't really reccomend it.
Stupidest, silliest thing I did, was fight a kickboxing bout, and not realise till it was over that I still had leg weights on.

I broke my toe at a grading and carried on for another hour. It was pointing at an angle that made me feel rather ill! Had to sit in A&E in a gi with 100's of other people staring at me!

I sat in A&E in my go after doing some sit-ups and suddenly feeling this squidgy pop in the bottom of my spine. I don't know what it was but it was agony! Anyway after sitting there for 4 hours in absolute pain because their chairs are designed by the very worst sadists known to mankind, I finally gave up and went home!
I still don't know what popped in my back but after a couple of weeks it seemed to go away

Can we all have one?? ;D I've sat in A&E in uniform before, but I was in a gi not a go. First time was when I fell down the dojo fire escape and cut my head open and the other time was when I'd been to a competition and broken a toe. It had to be popped back into place - something my instructor offered to do for me but I refused to let him (can't think why...)!
