I think the only way to day 26.2 miles is by car. Has anybody had a go at running one of these things? Or is anybody tempted?

I've been tempted to do one for a long time but back then I was in the Army and fit!!

For me there are two options.
Option a) Not to run a marathon Option b) Definitely not to run a marathon
Either option's good!

Same here. There's plenty of things I'd like to do, but running (either in a marathon or just running) isn't one of them.

26.2 pints....that would be some marathon! I could probably do a "walkathon" but definately not running. I hate it!

Furthest I ever ran when I was attempting to do it regularly was 10k. That was plenty. Bugger 26 miles for a game of soldiers.
