Poor Chris. No karate? That's just not possible is it - cannot compute! Anyway here is a 'joke' to cheer you up! Sean Connery gets a call from his agent one day. The agent says"Sean, I've got you a job, starts tomorrow, early. You'll have to be there for 10-ish". Sean furrows his brow and says "Tennish? but I don't even have a racket."

Sorry for your health problem. I've been away from my dojo for a week because I caught a cold (see I'm not that stupid and I thought I should keep the sickness for myself and not decimate the students I'm keen on going back to training and I know for us every day out of the dojo is hell. I hope you'll recover quickly and it's in your power to do so. You'll have to be patient and thus you'll recover properly. You can still feel good by chatting with us about our commun love and read about the stuff. Get some videos to see and fill your time with them. Every place is a dojo You can train with your mind and heart as hard as you do with your body. Take care of yourself and give us good news about your condition

Whilst you are recuperating see if you can get hold of a copy of 'Roaring silence' by Mike Clarke. He had a hernia operation. He was a member of the Shukokai national squad. I don't know if he still competed after the operation, but I do know that he travelled to okinawa, trained with Morio Hiagonna,( GOJU-RYU),came back, emigrated to OZ,(Australia, not the emerald city !), and formed his own organisation - oh and he writes a column for SKM. So it did not slow him down too much.
Get well soon & get training soon !

Looks like they didnt slip. They also failed to do the breast enlargement that I asked for... According to the doctor I can return to light training in about 2-3 weeks and then will be fully back to health within 6 weeks. So I will be speaking to my sensei about when he thinks is best... Keep up your guard I will be back soon... with avengence (and a bionic pelvis ) Chris
