How often do you train? Do you think this is too much? Not enough?
Have you ever trained so much that you 'overtrained'?
I train basically every day. It's probably a bit too much, but it's not quite as often as I used to train (that was classes literally every day).

It is important with any exercise regime/programme to include rest time. This allows the body to recuperate from the excesses that it has been exposed to. This doesn’t necessarily mean not doing anything, but doing something different and therapeutic, perhaps a gentle stretch and walk rather than something more vigorous and a run (that would be the day) or kata practice or bag work. I train everyday, that is, my muscles are stretch and my heart rate is increased, I sometimes even get into a sweat, but at least one day out of seven I don’t do physical karate. I read about it, think about it, but I keep it purely cerebral. There have been documented cases of over training and the effects it can ave on the body, which are as bad as no training at all. I train twice a week, I'd like to train more but I'd end up driving more than training!

I'm lucky in that my dojo (and the other MA places I haunt) are all pretty local and easily accessible.

Because of work comitments my dojo has had to close for the summer, but I am training twice a week at the college where I work while the weather is nice. With luck i'll keep it going into the cooler/colder months and be training 3 times a week once my dojo is open once more. ;D
