Blimey, I have just been come back from a sparring course with a friend of mine. The instructor was Ellwyn Hall, I remember seeing him in the mid eighties. That guy is phenominal, his speed and power were scary. If you guys/gals ever get the chance to train with him do it you will not be dissapointed. I spoke with the head man from the association and he invited me to their lower grades competition on December 11th but judging by the standard of the brown belts there I dont think I would stand a chance, I still might go though just for the experience. Any body else fancy it, I think it's open to everyone. AndyM ?

I'm not really a competition person in all honesty. If it was a seminar or such I'd probably jump at the chance.....comps don't do it for me I'm afraid!

Jack, if you have been invited then you really must go. I always tell my Students to enjoy the day and if they win anything it's a bonus

You're right Miffersy and I most likely will go, I'll drag my son along for moral support. I am sure I will enjoy it I just hope I don't get hurt. It's in Bournemouth if anybody else fancies it.
