I think that hapkido/aikido take longer to master than most arts..it looks cool, but is very difficult to pull off if you dont know what you are doing! And hell yeah MA is all about cool...like how cool we look while running around in pyjamas, kicking and punching theair, waving about doing forms...trying to kick the snot out of each other ..while screaming our guts out.....Im surprised everyone doesnt do MA ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D!! *bows respectfully*

Yes, the "red-faced-hot-and-sweaty" look is a popular one in my dojo too (especially in my corner, when I add "wheezy-asthmatic-finding-it-hard-to-breathe" to that description as well!
