What martial arts signs and symbols do you use in your art and in your club? Do you use them on your gi, have them on the wall or what?
We have the shotokan tiger as part of the association logo, but apart from that we don't use other symbols.
Wing Chun has the Yin-Yang, which is the central part of my club's logo, along with some Cantonese characters meaning "Wing Chun Kung Fu".

The tiger, a korean symbol for power and speed.
The dragon, we all know what that calls up!
The American flag, respect for who we are. The Korean flag, for where the art came from.

The Okinawan Mitsu Domo with the dojo kanji Sho Shin Kan is our main badge.
likely that we will have the kanji for the organisation we belong to on the sleeve, and im seriously considering a small union jack somewhere but am concious of to many badges syndrome......................

The only symbol I use on my gi is the Oinawan "pinwheel" (have no idea what the proper name is for it) embroidered on the back of one of my gi's.
